Terms & Conditions ｜条款与细则

i) Delivery Time｜送货时间

We will always try our best to accommodate customers’ preferred delivery time range, however delivery time is not guaranteed due to traffic, weather and logistical conditions.

我们会尽量配合顾客所选择的送货时间段，但因交通、天气或物流情况影响，无法保证绝对准时送达，敬请谅解。

ii) Product Arrangement & Substitution｜产品与材料替换

Snacks, toys, balloons, ribbons or decorative items shown in photos may be substituted with similar items depending on stock availability. Rest assured that the overall theme, colour tone and value will be maintained.

照片中的零食、玩具、气球、包装配件或装饰物，可能因库存情况而作出适当调整，但我们会尽量保持整体设计、色系与价值一致。

iii) Balloon Disclaimer｜气球说明

Balloons are fragile items and may shrink slightly depending on temperature and surrounding conditions. Proper handling is advised to maintain the best presentation.

气球属于易受温度与环境影响的产品，可能出现轻微缩水情况。建议顾客小心摆放与保存，以维持最佳展示效果。

iv) Payment Policy｜付款方式

Full payment must be made before delivery or self pick-up. Kindly send us the payment transaction slip once payment has been completed.

所有订单必须在送货或自取前完成付款，付款后请将交易截图发送给我们确认。

v) Refund Policy｜退款政策

All confirmed orders are non-refundable once payment has been made.

所有订单在确认及付款后，一律不接受退款。

vi) Product Disclaimer｜产品说明

All photos are taken under proper arrangement, editing and lighting conditions and are for illustration purposes only. As each bouquet is handcrafted, the actual product may vary slightly from the images.

所有照片均在特定摆设、编辑及灯光环境下拍摄，仅供参考。每一份花束皆为手工制作，实际成品可能会与图片有轻微差异。

vii) Handling & Storage｜保存与摆放说明

For best presentation, kindly avoid placing the bouquet under direct sunlight or in high temperature environments. Snacks and chocolates may melt or soften under hot weather conditions.

为了保持最佳展示效果，请避免将花束长时间放置于阳光直射或高温环境下。部分零食与巧克力在炎热天气下可能出现融化或变软情况。

viii) Customisation Notice｜定制说明

Personalised wording, balloons or decorative arrangements are handcrafted individually. Minor variations in placement or finishing are considered normal.

定制文字、气球及装饰设计皆为手工制作，细节位置与完成效果出现轻微差异属于正常情况。
