Event Decoration Policy｜场地布置条款

i) Setup Time｜布置时间
Event decoration setup time will be arranged based on venue availability and the event schedule. Customers are required to confirm the venue access time in advance.

场地布置时间将根据场地开放时间及活动安排进行协调。顾客需提前确认场地允许进入布置的时间。

ii) Rental Items｜租借道具
All decoration items must remain at the venue until the agreed collection time if rental items are involved.

若布置包含租借道具，所有物品必须保留在现场直到约定的回收时间。

iii) Venue Permission｜场地许可
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the venue permits decoration setup. Any additional charges imposed by the venue will be borne by the customer.

顾客需自行确认场地允许进行布置。如场地收取额外费用，需由顾客自行承担。

iv) Damage Responsibility｜损坏责任
We will not be responsible for any damage to decorations caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions or third-party handling after setup.

布置完成后，如因天气因素、场地方限制或第三方人为因素造成布置损坏，本店将不承担相关责任。

v) Changes to Decoration｜布置更改
Any changes to decoration setup must be informed at least 48 hours prior to the event. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

如需更改布置内容，请至少 提前48小时通知，临时更改可能会产生额外费用。
