Terms & Conditions ｜条款与细则

i) Delivery Time｜送货时间
We will always try our best to accommodate customers’ preferred delivery time range, however delivery time is not guaranteed due to traffic and logistical conditions.

我们会尽量配合顾客所选择的送货时间段，但因交通或物流情况影响，无法保证绝对准时送达，敬请谅解。

ii) Flower Substitution｜花材替换
Fillers, foliage or certain flowers shown in photos may be substituted depending on availability. Rest assured that the overall design, colour tone and value will be maintained.

照片中的配花或叶材可能因花材供应情况而作出适当调整，但我们会尽量保持整体设计、颜色及质感一致。

iii) Payment Policy｜付款方式
Full payment must be made before delivery or self pick-up. Kindly send us the payment transaction slip once payment has been completed.

所有订单必须在 送货或自取前完成付款，付款后请将交易截图发送给我们确认。

iv) Refund Policy｜退款政策
All confirmed orders are non-refundable once payment has been made.

所有订单在确认及付款后 一律不接受退款。

v) Product Disclaimer｜产品说明
All photos are taken under proper arrangement, editing and lighting conditions and are for illustration purposes only. As each bouquet is handcrafted, the actual product may vary slightly from the images.

所有照片均在特定摆设、编辑及灯光环境下拍摄，仅供参考。每一束花皆为手工制作，实际花束可能会与图片有轻微差异。

vi) Fresh Flower Disclaimer｜鲜花保鲜说明
Cut flowers are highly perishable products and may deteriorate quickly under Malaysia’s humid weather. Minor bruises or stains on petals may occur during transportation. Customers may gently remove affected petals if necessary.

鲜花属于天然易腐产品，在马来西亚潮湿天气下保鲜时间有限。运输过程中花瓣出现轻微碰伤或斑点属于正常情况，顾客可适当摘除受影响花瓣。

We ensure that all bouquets are freshly arranged and dispatched in their best condition. However, we will not be liable if the freshness is compromised after delivery.

我们会确保每一束花在最佳状态下制作与送出，但送达后若因环境或时间因素影响花材状态，本店将不承担相关责任。
